Here are the comics I know of by and about Trans* people:

• Trans*Toons: by trans people, for trans people. People of all skill levels can submit.

• Eve’s Apple and the Princess

• Orange Octopus: a gender positive zine that features beautiful texts, poems, short stories and extraordinary art and comics. 

• Kyle and Atticus: A (gender)queer comic about a kid named Kyle, and a robot named Atticus.

• SirPaahdin on DeviantArt has a lot of beautiful trans* comics, so check out his gallery! Here are some of my favourites: Really kind of obvious and New Passengers.
• Trans Girl Diaries
